Education systems need leaders that drive innovation and EduSolve accelerates innovation for these leaders. For an initiative to be innovative, it must also be useful. Creative ideas don’t always lead to innovations because they don’t necessarily produce viable solutions to problems.

  1.  Sustaining innovation enhances a district’s processes and technologies to improve student outcomes in partnership with schools.
  2. Disruptive innovation occurs when we recognize something isn’t working and a systemic change is needed. Our work is grounded in change management theory since change is necessary and leads to growth.

We use co-constructive and generative strategies that focus on the macrotasks and microtasks that leaders enact to create the conditions for innovation and change management.
