Lewis Washington Sr. has over 30 years in education serving in multiple districts until retiring from Fort Worth ISD after 20 years. Lewis, known for his “Joe Clark” approach to delivering sustained stability, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in transforming school culture to improve campus safety.

He has provided coaching and support to many Principals and their teams on developing and implementing systems that positively impact culture and climate. 

Mr. Washington received a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and his Masters of Education in Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
