Dr. Dana Godek, CEO of EduSolve, is a leading expert in educational policy and strategy. With a diverse background as a teacher, district and state administrator, national researcher, and policy leader at both federal and state levels, Dana excels in partnering with communities to tackle complex educational challenges. She has been recognized as one of District Administration’s ‘Top 100 Influencers in Education’ and actively serves as a strategic advisor to multiple policy and research teams. As a fellow of the research community, she serves as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, shaping the wider world of management and leadership.

Dana’s recent research on school district strategic plans serves as the foundation for EduSolve’s SCIP model: Systems, Culture, Instruction, and People. All of the firm’s practices and partnerships are aligned to this ‘cover the bases’ model to ensure comprehensive support for school systems and their communities.

In addition to her professional achievements, Dana is the author of the novel Daisies Pushing Up, reflecting on her personal experiences in the foster care system. She holds a doctorate in organizational leadership with a specialization in public policy and is a certified fundraising executive.
