Why EduSolve?

Educational leaders need support, now more than ever. 1 in every 3 Superintendents is retiring or leaving the field over the next 24 months (AASA). School systems have temporary federal investments that are time sensitive.

The global pandemic, social changes, and advancements in the science of learning all point toward significant change to be responsive to today’s learner and creating the conditions so they can live, learn, and earn.

When we are innovators, we optimize all of our resources and build solutions that last. In doing so, we build the next generation of leaders.

Our approach.

Client-Specific Phased Progression

Edu Solve is a customized solutions provider.

Our work is separate and distinct from off-the-shelf approaches. We put the interests and needs of organizations first by solving problems through nuance, complicated structures, and political realities. Education systems need leaders that drive innovation and Edu.Solve accelerates innovation for these leaders. For an initiative to be innovative, it must also be useful. Creative ideas don’t always lead to innovations because they don’t necessarily produce viable solutions to problems.

Our practice

Innovation is a framework, service, model, or strategy that’s both novel and useful.

We think of innovation in TWO ways:

  1.  Sustaining innovation enhances a district’s processes and technologies to improve student outcomes in partnership with schools.
  2. Disruptive innovation occurs when we recognize something isn’t working and a systemic change is needed. Our work is grounded in change management theory since change is necessary and leads to growth.

What we do & why it helps...

We use co-constructive and generative strategies that focus on the macrotasks and microtasks that leaders enact to create the conditions for innovation and change management.

Provide a searchable index of all available research and resources aligned to an initiative to inform the executive, team, and system.

Offer interactive visualizations that make it easier to understand the project an articulate it across the organization through tools such as the Digital Promise Research Map (HBR, 2021).

Develop automated and adaptive tools that help educators, program, and product designers fully incorporate evidence-based strategies and interventions.

Support the complexity of multiple learning factors inherent in meeting the diverse needs of all learners at scale.
