Dr. Pamela Davis
Chief of Staff
Is the former Chief of Staff for Cincinnati Public Schools, the 3rd largest public school district in Ohio. Davis brings her strategic planning, thought partnership skills and K-12 knowledge-base into the role. She previously served as a district level administrator in Jacksonville, Florida with Duval County Public Schools – the 20th largest school district in the nation and the 6th largest school district in Florida where she led the district’s GEAR UP program. Dr. Davis has extensive knowledge surrounding educational leadership, executive coaching, program implementation, and dropout prevention. Davis is a certified DISC Workshop Trainer and facilitates coaching and training to help teams improve performance and increase the effectiveness of their communication.
Davis earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Math Education from Florida A & M University and her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She’s held the position of teacher, academic coach, assistant principal, principal, and district administrator.
