Katy Kadree (she/her) is a dynamic and insightful senior leader in education management with over 20 years of experience in driving large-scale change through strategic planning, project management, and organizational leadership. Katy draws from national and international experience across public, nonprofit, and private sectors to lead high-impact initiatives. As a district leader for New York City Public Schools Katy launched a new performance management system, led the organization’s five-year strategic technology plan, and secured over $13 million in federal grants to redesign the high school experience and increase computer science in schools. Katy has consistently bridged gaps, enhanced communication, and delivered measurable improvements for students. Katy holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Purchase College, and a master’s degree in Urban Affairs from the City University of New York at Hunter College. She lives in the metro Atlanta area with her wife and two children.
