Nicole Yarbrough is an education leader with 15 years experience aligning government funding and facilitating cross-sector integration with school districts. Her career in systems serving underserved and marginalized communities shapes her approach on equity in stabilizing initiatives in education. Coaching district and government leadership across the country extends to school attendance, Title and TANF budgets, school improvement plans, culturally relevant education resources, curriculum and academics, educator professional development, restorative justice practices, student workforce programs, parent leadership, and stakeholder engagement using evidence-based strategies to improve education outcomes.
Nicole holds a BA degree in Global Studies and a M.Ed. degree in Educational Leadership and has completed fellowships in public policy. She currently works from Colorado serving on a local school accountability committee and teaches adult learners.
