Turning Lived Experience Into Lasting Change

EduSolve emerged from lived experience navigating complex, often broken systems. After surviving those systems firsthand, our founder developed a relentless drive to understand how institutions function and why they fail. That curiosity became the foundation of our company. Today, we continuously scan the educational landscape, gather real-time intelligence, and design responsive, evidence-based solutions that succeed in practice, not just in theory.

How We Work

We start from a place of respect for your expertise. Rather than arriving with a prepackaged solution, we equip leaders with tools and frameworks designed around how your system operates. Our work strengthens existing structures, builds internal capacity, and leaves organizations better positioned to sustain improvement long after our engagement ends.

Core Beliefs

Our approach is grounded in three core beliefs:

  • Local expertise matters, and sustainable change builds on what systems already do well.
  • Tools over templates with practical solutions tailored to your context.
  • Capacity over dependency, so systems are stronger long after our work concludes.

From Governance to the Classroom

Lasting improvement requires alignment across every level of a system.

We intentionally connect executive leadership governance and school-based practice, ensuring principals are as empowered as superintendents and state leaders. By bridging strategy and implementation, we provide leaders at every level with grounded, actionable solutions they can execute with confidence.

Our work combines:

  • Rigorous research and policy awareness.
  • Hands-on field-tested experience.
  • Forward-looking strategy that anticipates future challenges.

The result is capacity built from the central office to the classroom, ready for today and resilient for tomorrow.

More Than a Consultancy

EduSolve is a problem-solving partner. We work alongside school communities to align systems, culture, instruction, and people, helping organizations create durable change and expand opportunity. Our work is driven by urgency, optimism, and a belief that when systems improve, students gain real access to real options for thriving.

Dr. Dana Godek Chief Executive Officer

Dana Godek’s leadership is shaped by resilience. After aging out of foster care without a safety net and navigating the courts as a teenager, she rejected the low expectations set for her future. She channeled that grit into decades of K 12 leadership, applied research, and bold policy work.

Her approach, deep diagnostic analysis paired with an unwavering commitment to lasting change, defines our mission and methodology.
