The SCIP Model is EduSolve’s organizing framework for strengthening education systems at scale. Rather than chasing isolated initiatives, SCIP helps leaders see how systems, culture, instruction, and people interact and where breakdowns are undermining performance. We use SCIP to structure diagnostics, guide execution, and ensure that improvement efforts are coherent, durable, and measurable.
